This is a photo of the first sketchcover illustrated by Ronnie Dukes at the El Paso Comic Con in 2017. It’s an image of Deadpool as an El Paso Ghostbuster with the El Paso Ghostbuster behind him. He’s being haunted by Slimer who is the ghost of President Tr*mp.
